Maxime Preux

Born and breed in Northern France

  • A graduate of ENSAM and HEC, Maxime began his career in strategy consulting with financial services executives : banks, insurance companies, investment funds.
  • He has served clients for nearly 15 years on top-line issues, M&A advisory, operational efficiency and organizational topics.
  • As a consultant, he was deeply involved in internal recruitment topics.

Founder of MP Recruiting in 2017

  • During an expatriation period, he saw an opportunity to enter the external recruitment professional space.
  • He sought to develop a different recruitment methodology when analyzing traditional recruiting firms procedures. To do so, he co-developed with MP Recruiting experts a proprietary methodology based on continuous improvement.
  • Beside his tenure as company CEO, Maxime likes to manage certain mandates directly, specifically those for which he has specific expertise and/or experience to offer his clients. This is notably the case in the consulting industry as well as in the financial services sector.
